*Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items immediately*

 

Each one of our products is custom printed for you after the order. Once your order is placed we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect selection of sizes, designs, and colors.


We’re able to edit or cancel within 2 hours of placing your order ONLY. Beyond that time frame, the item goes into production and will be shipped to your address, with no exceptions.


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received.


 

CHECK YOUR ADDRESS

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.


 

 

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Actual product colors and the color of printed images may vary from the colors shown on your monitor.


 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. 
  • Do not iron decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.

FINAL END OF SEASON SALE 

All sale items purchased through SUKMIT CREATION are FINAL. We will NOT accept returns, issue refunds or make exchanges on any final sale of clearance items.


 

VENDOR POPUP EVENTS

Any purchases made at our vendor pop-up events are FINAL. No REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES are given due to wrong size/misprint/or damage.
